Auray Plast is currently recruiting a project manager.
Located just a few kilometers from the Gulf of Morbihan, we have 50 years’ experience in the design and manufacture of technical parts using thermoplastic injection molding. The quality of our parts is a priority, which is why we have triple ISO certification.
We offer our customers personalized support from project design to industrialization. Auray Plast has expertise in the design of technical parts, particularly in TPU. The position will enable you to work cross-functionally with all the company’s departments. As part of a new large-scale project due to go into production
2025, we are recruiting a project manager.
- His/her tasks will include :
- Plan and manage the various phases of the project,
- Determine technical and human resources in collaboration with the departments concerned,
- Act as an interface between the company, the customer and suppliers,
- Participate in the relocation of the workshop,
- Continuously monitor costs and deadlines,
- Participate in testing until product and process validation.
You will be directly with the design office and report on project progress and the achievement of objectives.
Desired skills :
- Good knowledge of injected plastics,
Mastery of project management and change management methods, - Mastery of problem-solving methods,
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a good level of technical English.
Profile: You have strong experience in the plastics industry.
You are proactive and rigorous. You have good organizational skills and enjoy communicating with a variety of people.
You’re a good listener and identify the different needs and obstacles of each person.
You also have a good sense of responsibility and priorities.
Position: Full-time fixed-term or permanent contract, executive profile, based in Auray.
Compensation: between 39k and 45k per year depending on profile
