Auray Plast is currently recruiting for an injection and finishing technician.
Located just a few kilometers from the Gulf of Morbihan, we have 50 years’ experience in the design and manufacture of technical parts using thermoplastic injection molding. The quality of our parts is a priority, which is why we hold triple ISO certification.
We offer our customers personalized support from project design to industrialization. Auray Plast has expertise in the design of technical parts, particularly in TPU. The position will enable you to work independently. You’ll work on both injection molding machines and finishing machines (cutting). You will contribute your technical expertise to the continuous improvement process.
To strengthen one of our teams of 6 to 7 people, we have an opening for an injection and finishing technician.
Your duties will include :
- Check the progress of the manufacturing program,
- Parameterize, stop and restart injection molding machines and cutting and sawing machines,
- Analyze and diagnose breakdowns, malfunctions, anomalies and risks, and resolve them,
- Manage series and mold changeovers,
- Control production start-up,
- Perform 1st level maintenance,
- Pass on instructions to the next team,
- Participate in daily workshop management meetings.
You will update the control panel to ensure that instructions are properly passed on between teams.
You will also be required to submit service requests to the maintenance department, as well as continuous improvement tickets (TACs) as part of our process optimization policy.
You will liaise between production and support departments.
Desired skills :
- Good knowledge of injected plastics,
- Analysis of technical constraints with a sense of mechanics,
- Mastery of problem-solving methods,
- Ability to draw up processes and in IT.
