In our small parts large series department, we have specific electric presses dedicated to the production of parts with dimensions smaller than 10 mm. These industrial series can range from 800,000 to 13 million parts per year. We guarantee restricted tolerances on critical dimensions.
We guarantee on these volumes a sorting imprint by imprint on molds with up to 16 imprints. For these productions, we use specific toolmakers specialized in molds for small parts.

Our 30 to 60-ton presses are equipped with specific screws to ensure the appropriate material dosage. Precise material control in the laboratory allows us to qulaify batches before production. During production, statistical sampling control allows us to meet your requirements.
