As a signatory of the “1jeune, 1solution” Charter, we welcome interns throughout the year from technical fields (injection, maintenance, engineering, tooling) in order to transmit our skills and support them in their professional projects.
We are looking for a student for an internship or apprenticeship as an "Injection Technician" or "Assistant Injection Technician" (M/F).
Located 15 minutes from the beaches and the Gulf of Morbihan, we develop specific thermoplastic seals as well as catalog parts resistant to temperatures ranging from -30 to +130 degrees Celsius. Now a specialist in sealing systems, we also develop technical parts through thermoplastic injection. Each year, 15 to 20 million parts come out of our Auray factory.
Missions:
Attached to the production department and with the help of experienced technicians (in injection and engineering), you will learn to:
- Control the progress of the manufacturing program,
- Set up, stop, and restart installations,
- Diagnose an anomaly,
- Analyze breakdowns, malfunctions, and risks,
- Evaluate the severity level and determine the treatment method for the anomaly.
- Manage campaign and mold changes
- Perform first-level maintenance
Profile:
- High school diploma or post-secondary education: BTS EuroPlastics and Composites
- You are curious, reactive, and rigorous.
- You enjoy working in a team.
