What is your role in the design office ?

In the design office, I design and model plastic parts in 3D according to customer requirements and specifications. I create accurate and reliable models, produce all the necessary technical drawings, and ensure that the parts are optimized for production.

I also participate in continuous improvement and prototype development, following the process through to industrialization, including the design of grippers and robotic programming.

I work closely with the production team to anticipate injection-related constraints and ensure that each prototype can be developed into an efficient industrial part. The goal is to transform an idea into a functional prototype, then into a concrete part ready for injection, while respecting quality and deadlines.

The goal is to transform an idea into a functional prototype, then into a concrete part ready for injection molding, while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

What is your background?

After earning a professional bachelor’s degree in the industrialization and implementation of composite materials, I worked in several different sectors before joining Auray Plast.

What do you like most about your assignments?

I appreciate the diversity of my assignments: each project is a new technical challenge. CAD allows me to accurately model complex parts while thinking about their plastic injection process, which requires rigor, imagination, and foresight. 3D printing allows me to quickly prototype, test concepts, and optimize parts before production.
