3 questions to Mano, who is on a three-year work-study program as part of his Industrial Engineering 4.0 diploma.
What's your background?
After a professional degree in production and renewable energies in Madagascar, I chose to continue my studies at the IUT de Lorient in Hygiene, Safety and Environment. I then decided to specialize in Industrial Engineering 4.0 to obtain an engineering degree. My first internship at Auray Plast enabled me to discover a working environment that I really enjoyed, which motivated me to undertake new work-study assignments within the company.
What are your projects?
During these three years, I’ll be in charge of several varied missions. The first will focus on the Supply Chain, with the support of Laurent James, Production Manager. The second mission will be to commit the company to a CSR approach, in collaboration with Fabrice Besnard, QSE Manager.
What do you enjoy most about your assignments?
I particularly enjoy working cross-functionally with different teams. I feel well integrated and supported by my tutors, which enables me to carry out my assignments and develop my skills.
