What we do for young people
Auray Plast is committed to taking on trainees all year round, particularly in maintenance, production or the design office. The young people benefit from experienced tutors, who are keen to show them their know-how and share their experience with them, while entrusting them with real assignments, as we are convinced of the value of this type of intergenerational exchange. We welcome around 20 young people a year.
We also welcome students for study projects, to take part in working groups. These are often pairs, who join our teams and play an active part in achieving our objectives.
We also have a student on a 2-year work-study program. We also regularly take part in various events, such as industry week, discovery visits with schools, meetings with job seekers…

To do this, we want to maintain our opportunities to welcome interns or young people on study projects.
Presentation of our company
Located 15 minutes from the beaches and the Gulf of Morbihan, we develop special thermoplastic seals that can withstand temperatures ranging from -30 to +130 degrees Celsius.
Now a specialist in sealing systems, we also develop technical parts using thermoplastic injection molding. Every year, 15 to 20 million parts leave our Auray plant.
Our equipment comprises 24 injection molding machines (from 30 to 350 tons), 75% of which are electric, and 90% of which are equipped with robotic grippers. We also have 10 post-injection reworking machines, a materials laboratory, a hydraulic test bench and a CNC optical control center.
The use of robotic technology (for depositing and arranging parts at the foot of the press, or for post-injection rework) enables us to guarantee consistent quality, in line with our ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
Our teams of around fifty people include a design office, staff dedicated to Quality Safety Environment Energy and Workstation Ergonomics, 3*8 production teams, a maintenance department and support functions (sales, finance, communication, IT, HR).
