
💪 What we do for the young people
Auray Plast is committed to taking on trainees, all year round, especially in the field of maintenance, production or in the design office. The young people benefit from experienced tutors, who have in heart to show them their know-how, to share with them their experiences, while entrusting them with real missions, because we are convinced of the interest of this type of intergenerational exchanges. We receive about 20 young people per year.
We also welcome students for study projects, in order to participate in work groups. They are often pairs, who integrate our teams and take an active part in achieving our objectives.
In addition, we have had a student on a work-study program for over two years.
We also participate on a regular basis in various events, such as the industry week, discovery visits with schools, meetings with job seekers…

We want to maintain our links with young people and help as many people as possible to discover the professions in the plastics industry.
To do this, we want to maintain our opportunities to host interns or young people on study projects.
We are also going to develop a page on our website dedicated to them and on which we will also be able to offer internships for support functions.
👋 Presentation of our company
Located 15 minutes from the beaches and the Gulf of Morbihan, we develop specific thermoplastic gaskets and catalog parts, resistant to temperatures ranging from -30 to +130 degrees Celsius.
Now a specialist in sealing systems, we also develop technical parts by thermoplastic injection. Each year, 15 to 20 million parts leave our factory in Auray.
Our equipment consists of 24 injection molding machines (from 30 to 350 tons), 75% of which are electric and 90% of which are equipped with gripping robots. We also have 10 post-injection machines, a material laboratory, a hydraulic test bench and a CNC optical control center.
The use of a robotic technology (which carries out deposits, the arrangement of parts at the foot of the press or post-injection rework) allows us to guarantee a faithful quality, in connection with our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 certifications.
Our teams, made up of about fifty people, are divided among a design office, personnel dedicated to Quality, Safety, Environment, Energy and Ergonomics of the workstations, production teams working in 3 shifts, a maintenance department and support functions (sales, finance, communication, IT, HR).
